Shipping/Return Policies


Normal shipping time is 3-5 business days after your order and clear payment has been received.  We use the U.S. Post Office and UPS with tracking numbers.   

Please know that we will NOT be responsible for any loss when tracking shows 'Delivered'. Tracking numbers are furnished on every package and we encourage you to follow your package online and make arrangements to have someone available to collect the package on the day it is arriving.  We are not responsible for theft (any package indicating is has been delivered to the addressee according to the tracking information).

Insurance on Priority Mail is included up to $100.00.  Customer may purchase additional insurance on the package at their expense.  To purchase additional insurance, please contact us immediately upon placing your order (within 24 hours) or PRIOR to placing your order with us.  We will have to bill you separately for this service and the cost is dependent upon the amount you would like. If you receive a damaged package, you MUST take photos immediately upon receipt of the package PRIOR to opening.  We also require pictures of the damaged items.  Damage reports must be reported to us, including your photos, within 24 hours of your receipt of the item, according to the tracking information.  Claims may be filed by either party and this will be determined at time of your report submission to us.                                                                                                                                      
Due to the nature of the products provided, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us ASAP. Our products are handmade to order therefore, please be aware that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and can not be returned or exchanged. If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of it being placed.
