Normal shipping time is 3-5 business days after your order and clear payment has been received. We use the U.S. Post Office and UPS with tracking numbers.
Insurance on Priority Mail is included up to $100.00. Customer may purchase additional insurance on the package at their expense. To purchase additional insurance, please contact us immediately upon placing your order (within 24 hours) or PRIOR to placing your order with us. We will have to bill you separately for this service and the cost is dependent upon the amount you would like. If you receive a damaged package, you MUST take photos immediately upon receipt of the package PRIOR to opening. We also require pictures of the damaged items. Damage reports must be reported to us, including your photos, within 24 hours of your receipt of the item, according to the tracking information. Claims may be filed by either party and this will be determined at time of your report submission to us.

Our 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee is limited to only items that were purchased at full price.
If a product(s) was purchased at a discount (not full-price) it is excluded from the money back guarantee - however, we do ask that you still contact us to see how we can help.
Promotional offers are FINAL and therefore non-refundable. The original shipping charges, that were paid at the time-of-purchase, are also non-refundable.

3). Please email us the tracking number for your return. We will not able to guarantee your return and/or refund without a tracking number.
